Just looking over E3's repair a bricked console guide. And a little bit confused. I downgraded successfully, from 4.11 to 3.55 Rogreo, then tried to go onto 3.55 OFW in recovery mode through USB so I could get on to another CFW, as I thought this finished, booted back up the console and it turned it's self off after 10 seconds or so, quick yellow light and red flashing light.
In the the E3 unbricking guide, it say if ps3 bricked on 3.73 for example, you need restore the 3.73 bios. I'm not exactly sure what this means, mine bricked when going from 3.55 Rogreo to 3.55 OFW and the only dump that I made was when I was downgrading from 4.11.So if I didn't brick the console on 4.11 firmware, and only have have 4.11 bios backed up, do i just use the 4.11 bios backup and restore to 4.11? Or in order to successfuly do this do i need the actual firmware bios the console bricked one being 3.55? In that case i'm screwed!
Any input help would be much appreciated.
