E3 Flasher - Making the "dump" get 3 files?

Hi. Im doing the "dump" progress and it finish successfully and makes 3 files:

bkpps30.bin
bkpps31.bin
bkpps32.bin
e3flasher.txt

in the .txt file it says that is "Backup PS3 BIOS OK."

but that is not like in the guide and i cant do the "restore" step.
When im trying to do the "restore" step the blue led 2 and 5 is flashing.
