I am looking to buy an E3 card reader in the USA. I know modchipcentral.com sells them, but I am not comfortable at all with their payment options. I know plenty people have used them with no problem, but that does not change my feeling on the matter. I know it is a long shot, but if you have one for sale in or around Cincinnati, Ohio that would be awesome. If not, I'm still interested. Let me know how much for the reader and shipping.
