Dex to Cex??

Hello guys,

Okay I want to go back to Cex I have been reading about it but im not getting straight answers hoping you can clear some up.

Okay I have a file that i dumped of my cex 3.55 but i dont know if its a dump that i converted to dex or its a original untouched dump. does that make sense?

also I dont have any keys or anything.

I am currently on dex 3.55.

Does anyone know if i can could back to cex 3.55?

Does anyone know how to check if its a cex or dex dump?

also the ps3 is a nand not a nor if that helps.

any other information need please say and il try and provide more details.
