OFW 4.11

Alright long story short, i had ps3 320gb with 3.55CFW ,after using 9 months i had sad issue where ANTS made their universe inside PS3.
So PS3 went to Sony service center returning me a new PS3 With 4.11 FW.
So my question is , IS there any way to play Backup games oncurrent FW ( i play offline only).Things that i know

- i Heard about Dex will it do?
- True Blue Dongle?
- MFW? can it anyhow?
- Last i read some where about upcoming CFW 4.21

Please i wanna know is there any possiblity to play backup games soon?
