ofw version 3.72 core_os files

i noticed the other day some files core os files was released for version 3.60 but i was just playing around with ps3tools and i got the same results for 3.72 so i thought hay may be useful for progress or something so decided to post them here i also got dev_flash/dev_flash3 files if there of any use
