I'm very interested with E3 Flasher. I have 1 set E3 Flasher and succeed downgrade PS3 Slim

I have some problems, hope someone help me...
1. I read how to unbricked PS3 Slim 320GB CECH2512B, then the instructions said that the first thing I should to do is solder 1 wire to connect SBE point to PAO Trisate. Should I use a certain wire? What size is it ?

2.When I downgrade PS3 Slim CECH2500A 160GB, while it's in proccess E3 Downgrade with TF (position 000001) didn't work and the error code is 11001000 (Wrong PS3 Version, not supported at present). What caused is it? And how to solve it ?

3. When I downgrade PS3 Slim CECH2501A, I turn on PS3, but I forgot input TF (update E3 Flasher), then PS3 turn off suddenly and can not turn on anymore. If I remove E3 Flasher, PS3 can work normally. The problem is, if I downgrade, LED E3 Flasher can not turn on and suddenly PS3 off . Has E3 Flasher already broken? Should I buy the new one?

I really need your help, because E3 Flasher is very interesting for me
